Hi, I’m Aeryn—

The hands and heart behind Medicine & The Muse, and also the creator of Resonant Body™, a separate space where my background in mind–body work and nervous system education lives more fully.

My work lives at the intersection of creative practice, nervous-system science, and sensory experience. Some of that takes shape here in clay. Some of it takes shape in how I understand the body and help people make sense of their own. This page brings those threads together so you can easily navigate both areas of my work.

  • Clay, community, sensory engagement, and the slow art of making.

Medicine & The Muse is my backyard pottery studio in La Mesa, California — a place where flowers bloom, chickens wander, and clay becomes whatever your hands imagine. The classes are beginner-friendly, un-rushed, and designed to support regulation through pace, tone, and sensory experience.

  • Clarity, nervous-system education, and adjunct support for complex chronic illness.

A holistic nervous-system education space offering adjunct support to complement existing medical care.

Resonant Body™ is designed for people living with conditions like POTS/dysautonomia, post-viral syndromes, Lyme disease, and autoimmune illnesses — especially when symptoms continue despite normal labs, appropriate medications, or standard treatments. Many of these conditions share a common thread: a chronically dysregulated nervous system that hasn’t been addressed.

This space offers clarity about what’s actually happening inside your body and teaches evidence-informed ways to restore biological safety so your system can more effectively engage with the care you’re already receiving.

If you’ve ever wondered “Why hasn’t anything worked for me?” or “Why do I feel this way even when my labs look normal?”, this work may help you make sense of things in a way you haven’t experienced yet.

Both of these worlds grew out of my own healing and the ways I’ve learned to come back to myself. Whether you’re here to create, connect, learn, or simply breathe a little slower, I’m glad you’re here.
